Join attorney Jennifer Bittel Derby of Tucker Arensberg for an overview of Estate Planning. This program will cover the importance of foundational estate planning documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxies, and Advance Directives. Also will include a discussion of the probate process, and discussion of digital asset planning.

Jennifer Bittel Derbyis an Associate Attorney at Tucker Arensberg, PC in downtown Pittsburgh. She practices in the area of estates and trusts, which includes estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, and business succession planning. Jennifer also works with families and individuals to assist with special needs planning and government benefit planning. She earned her BS from the University of Pittsburgh, and earned her JD from the University of Miami School of Law. Jennifer was named a 2021 and 2022 Rising Star in Elder Law by Super Lawyers.

Approved for 1 Hour of Substantive CLE by NFPA and Keystone Alliance.
