Managing Violence in the Workplace

In this presentation, you will learn what is workplace violence and OSHA's involvement, along with how to prevent and control a potential violent situation, what are possible enhancers for violent acts and learn verbal de-escalation tips.

Michael J. Bialowas is the Director of Security with CSI Corporate Security & Investigations, LLC.  HIs primary focus is security operations which includes administrative and operational duties, emergency response, human resources and safety.

Vincent Beal is the Senior Analyst and Compliance Officer for CSI Corporate Security & Investigations, LLC.  He is an integral part of the Rick Management department within CSI. His involvement includes Senior Analyst on vulnerability assessments, coordinator of remote surveillance systems, manager and author of organizational emergency response plans.
